Аннотация
В данном обзоре приводится анализ возможной связи между функциональными заболеваниями желудочно-кишечного тракта в детской и взрослой популяции. Некоторые функциональные заболевания, ранее определяемые только в детской возрастной группе, такие как абдоминальная мигрень, все чаще стали регистрироваться и у взрослого контингента. Как правило, постановка диагноза функциональных желудочно-кишечных заболеваний базируется преимущественно на клинических симптомах. Однако исследователи все чаще отмечают, что при некоторых патологиях у детей, таких как гастроэзофагеальная рефлюксная болезнь, основные симптомы рефлюкса, например изжога и отрыжка, не носят абсолютно доминирующего характера. Все это дает возможность высказать мнение о формировании универсальной функциональной патологии пищеварительного тракта с доминированием на определенных этапах патологического процесса той или иной симптоматики, затрагивающей и центральную нервную систему.
