Повышение эффективности работы путевых машинных станций в условиях БАМ

Аннотация

Обоснование. В статье рассмотрены особенности выполнения плана капитального строительства силами путевой машинной станции на участке Байкало-Амурской магистрали (БАМ). Содержание научной проблемы состоит в оценке эффективного использования труда в условиях Крайнего Севера. Особое внимание уделено расчету численности и экономии эксплуатационных расходов. Кроме того, актуально изучение повышения уровня механизации ручного труда для демонтажа деревянной рельсошпальной решетки.

Цель. Аналитическая оценка показателей плана по труду путевой машинной станции, ведущей работы в зоне БАМ.

Методы. Данными для исследования являются аналитические отчеты о деятельности предприятий путевого хозяйства. Исследование построено на использовании традиционных методов экономического анализа и технико-экономического метода планирования показателей деятельности предприятия.

Результаты. Проанализирована динамика численности работников ПМС в период роста объемов строительства железнодорожных путей в зоне БАМ; предлагаются варианты повышения экономической эффективности от снижения потерь рабочего времени и оптимизации технических процессов.

Заключение. Даны рекомендации реализации мероприятий по эффективному использованию трудовых ресурсов, повышению профессионализма и минимизации текучести кадров. Проведенные расчеты показали, что правильные инновационные решения сложных организационно-управленческих проблем позволяют снижать эксплуатационные расходы.
