我血管外科治疗的动脉假性动脉瘤大多由导管相关医疗操作引起,位于腹股沟区。临床体征结合近期经皮介入治疗史,可确保快速诊治。然而,任何动脉受到损伤后,都可能发展为假性动脉瘤。由于这种损伤较为罕见,尚无统一的治疗策略。本研究概述了既往研究所述方法及临床应用。本文分析了一例年轻男性病例,遭遇意外事故时未发现损伤,数月后出现假性动脉瘤,部位和大小异常。经计算机断层扫描血管造影术进行超声诊断,行开放性手术修复,疗效良好。

结论:这一病例提醒我们,看似轻微的意外事故也能引起动脉损伤,患者应当仔细检查,以免延误诊治。
