ОСЛОЖНЕНИЯ ФАРМАКОТЕРАПИИ, СВЯЗАННЫЕ С ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЕМ ЛЕКАРСТВЕННЫХ СРЕДСТВ

Аннотация

Взаимодействия ЛС являются серьезной проблемой здравоохранения, поскольку они обуславливают возникновение нежелательных реакций и являются одной из причин госпитализации пациентов. Многих случаев госпитализации, вызванных нежелательными реакциями, развившимися при взаимодействии ЛС, можно было бы избежать при надлежащем наблюдении за состоянием пациента на фоне применяемых препаратов или использовании альтернативных препаратов. На основании анализа спонтанных сообщений о нежелательных реакциях, поступивших в отечественную базу данных, проведена оценка лекарственных осложнений при полипрагмазии и определен масштаб проблемы в России.
