Abstract
We carried out a comparative study of motor-evacuatory function of the stomach and intestines in 211 patients after operations, performed by conventional methods (according to Bilrott I and II) and during pylorus-reserving resections of the stomach. The latter were performed by three different methods: by A.E. Zakharov, by Maki-Shalimov and by V.F. Naumov. Each of the mentioned methods of pylosaving operations has its own peculiarities of pyloric sphincter denervation and is accompanied by characteristic deviations of motor-evacuatory function from the norm.
