Abstract
The task of the work was to identify objective criteria for assessing the stage of circulatory failure in patients with coronary cardiosclerosis (without hypertension) and to study hemodynamic changes under the influence of treatment with cardiac glycosides. We examined 104 patients aged 40–75 years, 43 of them in dynamics before and after treatment. Have 61 people. was stage I of circulatory failure (1st group of patients), in 19 - II A stage. (2nd group) and in 24 - II B-III st. (3rd gr.). The data obtained from 46 healthy persons aged 17–45 years served as a control.
