Аннотация
В статье представлен обзор современных представлений о роли компонентов иммунной системы в регуляции гестационных процессов. Приводятся доказательства участия иммунокомпетентных клеток и цитокинов в патогенезе гестоза и невынашивания беременности. Предпринята попытка продемонстрировать эволюцию взглядов и концепций в данной области исследований за последние 10-15 лет.
