Флавоноиды глазами фармаколога. Особенности и проблемы фармакокинетики

Аннотация

Обзор литературы посвящен вопросам фармакокинетики шести основных подклассов флавоноидов: их распространению, потреблению и метаболизму. Особое внимание уделяется проблеме биодоступности этих растительных полифенольных соединений, различию эффектов, полученных в экспериментах in vitro и in vivo. Обсуждается зависимость эффективности флавоноидов от особенностей процессов их метаболизма в организме человека. Особо подчеркивается роль эпителия тонкой кишки и микробиоты толстого кишечника в обеспечении биологической активности флавоноидов.
