Аннотация
The article is dedicated to analyzing the application of modeling in the activities of Siberian open-air museums for the preservation and popularization of architectural heritage, particularly wooden architecture. The research is highly relevant due to the increasing threat of loss of cultural heritage objects under anthropogenic pressure. The aim of this study is to identify the specific features of using the modeling method in Siberian museums and to assess its effectiveness for preserving and promoting cultural heritage. The study examined the historical aspects of wooden architecture preservation, analyzed the role of open-air museums in this process, and explored the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the modeling method. The results of the study showed that museification, which includes the preservation, study, and popularization of cultural heritage objects, is the most effective way to preserve wooden architecture. The modeling method, in turn, allows for the reconstruction of lost objects, the creation of interactive exhibits, and increased accessibility of cultural heritage for a wide audience. The novelty of the research lies in the fact that for the first time a comprehensive analysis of the application of the modeling method in the activities of Siberian open-air museums has been carried out. The specific features of using this method in this region have been identified. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of developing methodological recommendations for the use of the modeling method in museums, as well as creating new exhibits and educational programs.
