On Сoup D’Etats, Military Coup D’Etats and Diplomatic Representation Activities in Crisis Situation and Post-Crisis Period (Spain and Ukraine Cases)

The article deals with the specifics of diplomatic representation activities in countries which faced coup d’etat and military coup d’etat. The study focuses on the frustrated military coup d’etat in Spain (1981) and coup d’etat in Ukraine (2014). Both cases comparison allows to evaluate international consequences and their impact on these states’ relations with USSR (RF) as well as diplomatic activities’ general specifics in crisis situations and post-crises period.
