Аннотация
The article analyzes the main tools of public diplomacy of the Republic of Turkey in the Balkans, using the examples of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo. Particular attention is paid to the structure, functioning and vectors of development of humanitarian organizations, which serve as instruments of Turkey’s “soft power”.
