Современные эндоваскулярные технологии при лечении нейроишемической формы синдрома диабетической стопы

Аннотация

Стратегия лечения больных сахарным диабетом (СД) с критической ишемией (КИ) конечности за последнее время претерпела существенные изменения, что в значительной мере связано с достижениями эндоваскулярных технологий и техники операций. Традиционно таким больным проводились открытые шунтирующие операции или ампутация пораженной конечности. Однако с усовершенствованием инструментария, развитием технологии эндоваскулярных вмешательств последние все чаще и успешнее применяются в лечении пациентов с нейроишемической формой диабетической стопы и КИ.
