Stomatocysts of the rare chrysophyte Chrysococcus furcatus have been recorded from the waterbodies of Yaroslavl and Murmansk Regions, Russia. They were studied by means of SEM. Currently there are five known localities of Chrysoccocus furcatus in Russia including our records.
