Современные возможности диагностики, лечения и реабилитации больных с вариантными формами аутоиммунных заболеваний печени (часть I)

Аннотация

В статье представлены современные возможности диагностики и реабилитации больных с аутоиммунными формами заболевания печени. В практическом отношении важно больным с верифицированным аутоиммунным гепатитом (ЛИГ) при значительном повышении уровня щелочной фосфатазы (ЩФ) или превышении соотношения ЩФ/АСТ > 1,5, не отвечающим на терапию иммунодепрессантами, проводить эндоскопическую ретроградную холангиографию или МРТ-холангиографию для выявления возможного первичного склерозирующего холангита (ПСХ) или тщательно определять антимитохондриальные антитела для верификации возможного первичного билиарного цирроза (ПБЦ). С другой стороны, необходимо помнить, что у ряда АИГ. Комбинированная патогенетическая терапия иммуносупрессантами и антихолестатическими препаратами позволяет рассчитывать - на изменение прогноза у данной категории больных.
