Resumo

This article discusses the tribotechnical properties of complex aluminum antifriction alloys doped with tin in the range of 5.5 to 11.0%. Due to complex doping with additional ingredients these alloys are characterized by superior properties in comparison with bronze, which makes it possible to use them in the fabrication of monometallic plain bearings. It is demonstrated that upon complex doping the alloys have a multiphase heterogeneous structure after casting. It improves the self-organizing ability of these alloys upon friction. The synergistic influence of the dopants on the tribotechnical properties is revealed.
