详细

The paper studies the elastoplastic deformation of the aluminum thick-walled tube hardened with incoherent particles under the external and internal pressure. The elastic and plastic resistance limits of the tube are determined for different parameters of the hardening phase, different deformation temperature and the tube size. The results of mathematical modeling show that with the increasing thickness of the tube wall the transition from elastic to plastic strain and the achievement of the plastic resistance limit occur at a greater difference between the external and internal pressure. The reduction in the distance between particles leads to the material hardening, resulting in the growth in the elastic and plastic resistance limits. With the increasing deformation temperature, the boundary between the elastic and plastic zones shifts to the outer wall of the tube.
