Currently, sufficient experimental datahave beenobtained indicating significant violationsof the functionsof the central nervous system (CNS) at all levelsof its organization causedby exposureto heavy ions in doses comparable to thosepotentially possible duringa Martian mission. An extremely important and, at the same time, the least studied problem is the neurobiological effectsof the combined actionof ionizing radiation and non-radiative factorsof spaceflight, in particular, the mostimportant of them-microgravity. Analyzingthe neurobiological effectsof the interactionof simulated microgravity (ANS) and ionizing radiation, we found their complex nature: at all levelsof the centralnervoussystemorganization (from molecular to integrative),both synergistic and antagonistic relationshipswereobserved underthe combined in fluenceof these factors. The possibilityof the antagonistic natureof the interactionof these PCFdatawasa very unexpected effectthatrequires further research. It canbe concluded thatthe neurobiological effectsof the interactionof ANS and ionizing radiation with their synchronous combined action are complex, which we called interference, by analogy withthe physical phenomenonof interference, showing synergistic or antagonistic effects, or the appearanceof new effects in relationto behavior, metabolismof monoamines and molecular mechanisms. It is possible thatthe manifestationof this kindof interaction may lead to the levelingof negative consequences fromthe effectsof these factors.
