Клинические формы, диагностика и лечение инфекции, вызванной Blastocystis species

Аннотация

Приведены материалы по клиническим наблюдениям, свидетельствующим о том, что инфекция, вызванная Blastocystis spp., может протекать не только со слабо выраженной диареей и/или дизентериеподобным синдромом, но и с развитием тяжелого язвенно-некротического поражения кишечника. Между тем не следует преувеличивать патогенные свойства бластоцист, так как большинство инфицированных остаются бессимптомными носителями или переносят инфекцию с незначительными нарушениями функции кишечника.
