Аневризма межпредсердной перегородки: эволюция диагностических и клинических представлений

Аннотация

Аннотация В статье обсуждаются анатомические, клинические представления об аневризме межпредсердной перегородки (АМПП) в качестве первичной структурной аномалии сердца. Представлены современные подходы к классификации АМПП, эхокардиографической диагностике. Особое внимание обращено клиническому значению АМПП в качестве изолированной аномалии и при сочетании с прочими структурными аномалиями сердца, прежде всего с позиций риска кардиоэмболического инсульта.
