ФАРМАКОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ НЕФРОПРОТЕКЦИЯ ПРИ ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ БОЛЕЗНИ ПОЧЕК: СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ (ОБЗОР ЗАРУБЕЖНОЙ ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Аннотация

В кратком обзоре литературы анализируется фармакопротективная стратегия при наиболее распространенных формах хронической болезни почек: метаболическом синдроме, гипертензивном ангионефросклерозе, диабетической и недиабетических нефропатиях. Рассматриваются нефропротективные свойства блокаторов ренин-ангиотензин-альдостероновой системы и других антиадренергических препаратов, диуретиков, гиполипидемических, антианемических и гипоурикемических препаратов, активных метаболитов витамина D, метформина и глитазонов. Показана наиболее высокая эффективность комбинированной фармаконефропротекции.
