Факторы риска развития СРК: что необходимо учитывать?

Аннотация
Синдром раздраженного кишечника (СРК) относится к числу самых распространенных заболеваний пищеварительного тракта из группы расстройств взаимодействия по оси «кишечник–мозг». Общепризнано негативное влияние СРК на качество жизни пациентов и значимое социально-экономическое бремя заболевания, обусловленное низкой эффективностью существующих лечебных стратегий, которые носят исключительно симптоматический характер без учета факторов и механизмов формирования нарушений функции кишечника. С этих позиций крайне актуальным представляется вопрос изучения факторов, способствующих развитию и персистенции симптомов СРК, для улучшения ранней диагностики заболевания и реализации технологии таргетной профилактики в группах риска. Цель публикации – систематизация данных об основных факторах риска СРК, включая наследственную предрасположенность, стресс и психоэмоциональное состояние, диету и пищевые привычки, перенесенные острые кишечные инфекции.
