Resumo
Leuzea safflower has been known since ancient times for its medicinal properties and is used in traditional medicine. In recent years, interest in this plant has increased due to its adaptogenic properties and health-improving effects on the human body confirmed in many studies. This article discusses the main beneficial effects of levzea in comparison with other adaptogens, as well as the possibilities of increasing mental and physical performance with the help of levzea on the example of the preparation «Leuzea P».
