Аннотация

The parameters of detectors based on CdZnTe crystals with a sensitive volume of approximately 1500 mm³ are investigated. It is shown that at room temperature the characteristics of these detectors are high enough for spectrometry of γ rays from ²⁴¹Am, ⁵⁷Co, ¹³⁷Cs, and ⁶⁰Co sources.
