Resumo

A detector of cell subpopulations developed at the Institute of Analytical Instrumentation of the Russian Academy of Sciences was used for immunophenotyping lymphocytes from healthy donors and standardized blood samples with normal and low-level cell populations. It has been shown that it is possible (provided that the modern criteria for the accuracy of the analysis are fulfilled) to determine the relative content of the main populations of lymphocytes, including in standard samples with reduced content of T helper cells that mimic the blood of patients with HIV infection.
